Spent the day mending and alternating a bunch of vintage clothes in my closet. This blue skirt is very dear to me because it holds a lot of memories for me. I found it while thrift shopping in Japan several years ago and every time I look at it, it reminds me of that time. There are so many unique thrift shops in Japan, and I had to hold myself back. I could only fit so much in my luggage!
Now, I'm off to do some errands in one of my newly mended skirts. I'll try to snap some pictures later.

Have I seen that skirt on you? I wish I went with someone who liked clothes shopping while I was there. The only shopping I did was for manga and souvenirs. :( Though, with how Japanese females tend to wear smaller sizes, I doubt thrift shopping would go well for me.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if you've seen it or not. I had to alter this skirt to make it smaller in the waist. I found clothing in all sorts of sizes and shapes so I think you would be fine. I would definitely have gone with you if I could!
